Complete the look
To enhance your design, a canopy and overhang feature can be added. These provide shade during summer months and extra shelter and warmth in the colder months for year-round use. Canopies offer the perfect cover for outdoor kitchens, hot tubs or alfresco dining areas.
Ambient lighting and outdoor heating can also be added externally to add comfort and style.
Fully installed
All of our garden rooms come with full installation as standard this includes foundations, building erection, internal wiring, flooring installation, skirting boards, plasterboard and plaster skim wall finish.
The only remaining items you would need to finish your dream garden room would be the internal decoration and the main electrical connection from your house to the garden room.
Self-build
All of our garden rooms are available in kit form for self-installation too. The modular design of our buildings means that the installation process can be undertaken by a competent DIY’er. We provide a useful installation manual and accompanying video tutorial for those wishing to undertake the installation themselves.
